Playtime in Utah!

So I was SOOO excited about going to visit my family, although it was really hard to say goodbye to Eric!! But I would get to spend about three months in Utah and play!!! The bus pulled up to the greyhound station and not too long after that, a blaze orange mustang came to retrieve me. I was exhausted to tears!! I don't think there was anything that I wouldn't have cried about at that point, I was tired, I hadn't had anything to eat since I got on the bus, and I'd just had to leave Eric knowing I wouldn't see him for three months. Needless to say I was a little emotional, but once I made it home and I got to see everyone (and got a much needed shower), I began to relax, mom fixed some tastey dinner, and yet another shocking suprise was discosed. It seemed there would be alot less carefree playtime than I had expected, since we were to plan a wedding... Courtney had gotten engaged. Alot of my time in Utah was spent doing wedding stuff, even though I HATE planning weddings, I had alot of fun with it, I got to spend alot of time with family, and I got to watch Tianna and Aden, with was SOOOOO much FUN!!! Those two are too cute alone and they're even cuter together!! I had a ball!! I also got into going running with mom, which helped in my loosing 20 lbs while I was there!! We'd go running out by some llamas, mom didn't even notice them until I told her they were chasing her along the fence line. I was so excited that I got to spend Thanksgiving with my family!! I ran the turkey trot with mom, Grandma Lake, Uncle Dale, Aunte Rachel, Uncle Warren, and Aunt Sheryl, and I didn't finish last!! It was so good to see all the family!! The couple weeks after Thanksgiving were CRAZY!! We kicked the planning for Courtney's wedding into high gear and that's pretty much what consumed my remaining time. Everything turned out beautiful!! I had a plane ticket back to Nebraska the week after Courtney's wedding, the day of her open house in Taylorsville, with the weather as it was, my flight was delayed so much I had to reschedual for the next day, so I got one more night with mom, Monica and Courtney. It was SOOOO hard to leave, I had gotten into a routine, and it was just as if I had never left, or been away, I fit back in so easily. But I did miss Eric ALOT, and I wanted to see him, so the next day I got on the plane riding first class (one of the pirks of reschedualing) to Chicogo then I switched planes to go to Lincoln, NE, which, unfortunatly, I didn't get first class. When I landed I was so eager to see Eric I had a hard time waiting for the stupid seatbelt light to turn off, and once the door was open, I was outta there. When I saw Eric waiting for me, I relaxed instantly. I missed him so much, and even though I hated to leave, it was worth it.

I got to see my baby, and he loves tummy rubs!
